Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS:  A street address is required and box numbers are not accepted. Also we do not freight forward any orders.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS:  All orders are shipped using a trackable standard ground shipping method. We do not ship outside the United States without prior arrangements.  All shipments are sent prepaid, unless previous arrangements are made for collect or billing to customer’s shipping account.  A processed order usually ships within one to five business days.  For temporarily out of stock items or delayed shipments, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone.  If an item is unavailable, the charge will be voided or a complete refund will be made to your card.  We will notify you if this occurs.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:  Refuse any broken or damaged boxes upon delivery.  Report immediately any transit or hidden damage via phone to Loss Control Specialists, Inc at 319-354-7875.  Items damaged by shipper or common carrier must be reported immediately for any valid claim.

 

Delivery confirmation numbers and freight delivery numbers are provided via e-mail for most orders if accurate e-mail addresses are provided when orders are placed.  E-mails are sometimes blocked by anti-spam software from some e-mail services. Add losscontrolspecialists.com as an acceptable sender.

 

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS:  Fire extinguishers will ship via UPS, Fedex or Common Carrier.  All Common Carrier are delivered by dock or curbside.  Upper floor deliveries are not included. Orders via UPS or Fedex will deliver to areas other than dock or curbside.

 

Returns and Replacements

 

Refunds are limited to restockable products returned with 14 days after shipment.  Customized products are not restockable.  A 30% restocking fee applies when a refund is requested and shipping and handling fees are not refunded.  No cash or check refunds for items charged on credit cards. To be eligible for credit or refund, all original packaging, parts, etc. in an unused “new” condition are required. Loss Control Specialists, Inc reserves the right to refuse credit or refund for items not eligible for return credit due to health, sanitary, or consumable component issues or for products returned that do not meet restockable criteria.  Products received that are not restockable are returned at the customer’s expense or discarded.

Errors and Omissions: Loss Control Specialists, Inc is not responsible for inaccuracies or omissions of product descriptions, prices or product images. By shopping with us, you acknowledge that in no event will Loss Control Specialists, Inc.  liability exceed a refund of your order.  We reserve the right to correct or change pricing and information without prior notice, even after an order has been made.  Before any order changes are made, we will allow you a choice in processing your order.
