The Panamax M8-AV is designed to protect entertainment systems with satellite and cable systems.  The product has 8 AC outlets and noise filtration for EMI and RFI (electromagnetic interference).  The outlets allow spacing for bulky transformers.

The M8-AV has a dual pair of gold-plated female F connectors for satellite and TV systems.  Additionally it has three RJ-11 jacks (one in, two out) for telephone line protection.

The M8-AV has AVM (automatic voltage monitoring).  This continuously monitors incoming line voltage and will disconnect your equipment if under or over voltages reach unsafe levels and will restore power once it is back to a safe level.
